Smart TVs with integrated web access and platform software are getting more common today, but there is still the issue of having reasonably simple controllers for users. Even the regular TV remotes today are quite complicated and when companies are talking about smarter, more connected TVs, they are also talking about these. Cue was a controller experiment, a challenge to design an innovative controller that is capable of all input methods but to keep it looking (and working) as simple as possible.
